1. CJSC  «Creativ» got quota on export of sunflower oil
   
   CJSC  «Creativ» got a quota on export of sunflower oil amounting to 16 thousand tons. On April 17th, Yuri Davydov, Chairman of the Management Board of the holding company of OJSC «Creativ Group», in which CJSC «Creativ» is included, informed about such quota.
   «In accordance with the decision of commission on issues of consideration of the requests seeking issuance of licenses and distribution of quotas on export of sunflower oil, dated 16.04.2008, we got a quota amounting to 16005,665 tons», - emphasized Mr. Davydov. Commenting on the fairness of distribution of quotas, Mr. Davydov said: «We suppose that distribution of quotas is done fairly – depending on the production volumes and export obligations of a certain company ».
   At the same time, the Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC «Creativ Group» continues to insist on the necessity of cancellation of quota as an instrument of regulation of the sunflower oil market. «The quota set for our enterprise enables us at the present stage to complete deliveries under the earlier concluded contracts, however, it does not give possibility for the company’s further  development; I think that for our competitors the situation is the  same», - Mr. Yuri  Davydov stated.
   We would like to remind that quota on export of the sunflower oil amounting to 300 thousand tons for the second half of season 2007/2008 MY was set by the government on March 12th. Totally, there are 40 enterprises in the list of the companies that got quotas. Thus, about 70% of the specified volume was distributed among five leading producers of oil in Ukraine, including the company «Creativ».
